📋 Description

• As the Principal Product Owner, Payments (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will define and lead our overarching payment strategy, ensuring it drives meaningful value for customers, partners, and the business. • This role goes beyond simply overseeing day-to-day payment operations; it centers on shaping a visionary approach that aligns with Redcare Pharmacy’s broader objectives, market opportunities, and regulatory considerations. • Champion a forward-thinking payment culture across teams, encouraging innovation and fostering best practices in payment operations and solutions. • Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Development Team and other executive stakeholders to ensure full alignment between payment initiatives and broader organizational priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Extensive experience (5+ years) in product management, ideally within e-commerce or fintech environments with an understanding of marketplace models. • Familiarity with how payment service providers work, PSD2, PCI-DSS, and data privacy regulations. • Strategic & Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated track record of shaping and executing a forward-looking product strategy, particularly in the payments or financial services domain. • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders to drive key decisions. • Analytical & Decision-Making Skills: Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and optimize outcomes. • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analyses and risk assessments, providing clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership. • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical and strategic concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Passion for staying ahead of emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices in payment systems.
