📋 Description
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team. • Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. • Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements. • Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications. • Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications. • Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules. • Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering. • Experience of working with Jira and Confluence. • Great communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
