β’ Product ownership: hands-on experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Workday. β’ Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday HCM, Security, Integration, T&A, Talent, and other modules. β’ Leadership: Proven experience leading Workday implementations and upgrades. β’ Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. β’ Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with stakeholders at all levels. β’ Bonus: Workday certification is highly desirable.
