📋 Description
• Identify, prioritize, design, and develop enhancements for Oracle Utilities solutions. • Serve as a Technical Consultant for Oracle Utilities solution. • Collaborate with Red Clay Lead and Project Manager for backlog refinement. • Adopt client’s agile SDLC for enhancements. • Design, develop, test, and deliver enhancements. • Support client in test scenarios and test cases. • Liaise between client IT and business teams for requirements. • Provide guidance to client IT resources for internal development. • Advise client on technical best practices and product features. • Support troubleshooting and defect resolution for enhancements.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years overall relevant experience implementing and supporting Oracle Utilities Solutions CC&B/CCS, including consulting or services. • Completed Industry standard Certifications in MDM, CCS implementations: Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2 Certified Implementation Specialist • Oracle Utilities Meter Cloud Service 2022 Implementation Specialist • Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service 2021 Implementation Specialist • Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2 Solution Engineer • Utility industry experience. • Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS, including design, development, configuration, and enhancements. • Computer programming experience with Java and JavaScript • Deep understanding of the Meter-to-Cash flow/Billing. • Strong knowledge of SQL
