Description

• Reddit is looking for a Backend Engineer to improve their advertising platform • Develop and maintain advertiser-facing products, such as self-serve Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, and A/B testing products • Contribute to the development of backend systems for managing experiments and automating analysis • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions • Take ownership of your work, ensuring solutions are scalable and reliable • Continuously learn and grow, staying updated with technologies and trends in software development

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics, finance, computer science) • 3+ years of software engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment • Experience in backend engineering, with a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies that you lacked prior experience with • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders independently
