Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take initiative and drive projects independently • Proven track record of team leadership experience is a plus • 7+ years of experience in operations, marketing, or a tech-related background • A healthy blend of operations, growth marketing, and community/content expertise • Data-driven and analytical mindset, proficiency in excel modeling and knowledge of SQL • Passion for combining systems-thinking with data analysis to drive impactful decisions • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, users, moderators, partners, content creators, and influencers • Results-oriented mindset with a keen eye for execution and attention to detail • Innate knowledge of market culture including language, current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, topics of interest, and taboos
