•Reddit is a community of communities built on shared interests, information, and trust. •We are seeking a strategic community management professional to lead a growing team in APAC. •As the Manager of Community for APAC, you will develop and execute the community strategy to support Reddit’s growth in the region. •You will lead a team of Community Operations Specialists and define the roadmap for community activation and moderation. •Focus on refining processes that drive community engagement and accelerate Reddit’s growth in APAC. •This role reports to the Manager, International Community. •Responsibilities include crafting the regional community strategy, driving community growth initiatives, recruiting local specialists, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in community management or operations, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving community growth and delivering business impact through community-led projects. •Organized with a strong ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. •Problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and influencing them to adopt a community-first mindset. •Comfortable testing, iterating, and adjusting strategies to find the optimal approach for each market. •Skilled at navigating ambiguous environments and experimenting with different approaches to achieve results in focus markets. •Data-driven and results-oriented, with a keen ability to translate insights into action. •Deep understanding of Reddit’s unique identity, and the critical role communities and moderators play in adding value to the platform and enhancing user experiences. •Resident of India
