Description
• Reddit is a community of communities. • The Safety Org is one of Reddit's largest divisions. • You will work closely with the UX Lead to execute design deliverables for in-flight tracks of work. • Support the design of Safety UX and translate complex ideas into elegant, scalable, and intuitive design solutions across both our web and mobile app platforms. • Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery, balancing innovation with usability.
Requirements
• 3+ years of work experience in UX/UI design, with an excellent portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work in complex systems • Strong product sensibilities. Experience in safety or related functions is a plus, but not required. • Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations • Strong communication skills. Ideally, an inspired story-teller with strong written and presentation skills who is adept at bringing others along in their process for maximum buy-in and impact. • Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
