Description
• Reddit is a community of communities with 82M+ daily unique visitors. • Role includes working on ad selection, matching, and ranking. • Collaborate on ML tech to improve ad system performance.
Requirements
• 2-4+ years of Product Management experience with at least 1-2 years of experience shipping impactful B2B or B2C products, with AdTech experience. • Experience with areas such as Ads and content personalization, auctions, ranking, search, shopping and retail media networks, content understanding, information retrieval etc. • Experience working on ML Based AdTech product • Excellent analytical sense and experience driving products & business decisions that involve data analysis and experimentation. • Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills. • Engineering or Sciences degree
