•Reddit is a community of communities, partnering with Product Design, Engineering, User Research, Data Science, and more to build user economy experiences. •Lead strategy and development of user economy portfolio projects shaping interactions on Reddit. •Join an agile user economy product team focused on discovering monetization opportunities.

Requirements

•You are a detail-oriented team player with 4+ years of PM experience who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds and deliver quickly in a fast paced environment with 0-1 projects •You have a good blend of product design understanding and excellent execution skills; you are able to take a vision or a problem and drive them into solid functional specs. •Strong track record of executing product features from ideation to launch with impact to consumer engagement metrics with a focus on collaboration with engineering, design and user research teams •You have experience with mobile platform (iOS/Android) and web, own core products at scale, or have worked closely with front end platform teams •You have some experience working on products that solve complex problems with both a technical and social component (e.g. performance, reliability, product quality, etc.) •You are comfortable with data analysis; you have experience transforming data points into product insights to support a product POV and you know how to track success metrics in alignment with Reddit's wider business objectives •You are a clear communicator and team player, with the ability to translate technical work into clear business value for non-technical audiences. •You have exceptional project management & organization skills •Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience •Experience presenting to senior executive audiences •BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
