• Reddit is looking for an experienced Staff Product Designer, Accessibility on our UI Platform team to lead our cross-functional accessibility (a11y) program! • In this role, you will drive the accessibility strategy and execution across our products, ensuring that our digital experiences are inclusive and accessible to all users. • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve complex problems. • Integrate accessibility into the design and development processes, advocate for best practices, and foster a culture of inclusivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing for web and mobile applications. • 4+ years in the UI/UX Accessibility design space • Experience in understanding and delivering accessible UX/UI at scale. Experience in social or consumer-facing products is a plus • Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations • Strong communication skills while working closely with partners across the company • Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product
