Description
• As a Staff Product Designer on Reddit Pro, you will strategize and design experiences specifically for businesses. • Collaborate closely with designers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and UX Researchers to create new experiences.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in designing for web and mobile applications. • An inspired story-teller with strong written and presentation skills who is adept at bringing others along in their process for maximum buy-in and impact • Comfort with complexity and finding clarity in ambiguous situations • Humble, curious, and motivated to ship the best product • Strong product sensibilities. Experience in social or consumer-facing products is a plus!
