📋 Description
• Lead the design, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG solutions to meet client requirements. • Provide expert advisory on best practices for risk management, governance, compliance, and ESG reporting using the ServiceNow platform. • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing to deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business stakeholders) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. • Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and support to ensure smooth client transitions. • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow product releases, features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. • Drive ESG initiatives for clients by enabling accurate tracking, monitoring, and reporting of sustainability metrics using ServiceNow. • Lead and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. • Engage with clients in industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing to address their risk management and compliance needs through customized solutions. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and ESG modules. • In-depth knowledge of risk management, audit, compliance, and sustainability principles. • Proven experience working with global clients across various industries. • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. • ServiceNow certifications (IRM/GRC Implementation Specialist or equivalent) are highly preferred. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
