• Assist the Client with the review of the implemented design documentation • Manage status and health of Openshift/Openstack OCP • Secure OpenShift/OpenStack • Collaborate with the Customer capacity team and provide technical inputs. • Monitor and collect metrics on OpenShift/OpenStack • Provide RCA and resolution for priority 1 & other important tickets • Help in troubleshooting the production critical issues. • Create SOP for critical updates, upgrades for roll-outs. • Provide Daily Report and other reports as required.
• 7+ years of Openshift/Openstack cluster deployment experience • Good knowledge on managing container infra setup • RH certification is preferred. • Good Troubleshooting skills for Openshift/OpenStack clusters • Preferred work experience for Indian customers • Preferred work experience with Telecom customers • Experience in working at customer locations. • Excellent Communication skills to drive technical conversations with the customer.
