Description
• Develop, scale, and operate OpenShift managed cloud services • Contribute code to enhance service scalability and reliability • Participate in peer code reviews • Mentor and collaborate with peers • Engage in on-call rotations for incident response • Resolve issues escalated by Global Support team • Work in an agile team to improve SRE software and practices
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • Programming experience in Python, Golang, Java, C, C++ or object-oriented language • Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience troubleshooting SaaS, PaaS, with distributed systems • Understanding of Unix/Linux systems • 5+ years managing Linux servers at cloud providers • 3+ years enterprise systems monitoring • 3+ years with configuration management software • 2+ years programming in object-oriented language • 2+ years delivering hosted service • 1+ year with Kubernetes is a plus • 1+ year with docker-based containers is a plus
