📋 Description
• Responsible for quality in OpenShift Virtualization, including designing test plans and developing automated tests. • Engage in failure analysis, bug verification, and regression testing. • Work in an Agile environment and provide mentorship to junior Quality Engineers. • Constantly learn new technologies relevant to the role.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience automating test cases in Python with Pytest framework. • 2+ years of professional experience working in QE or similar roles. • Bachelor's degree (or higher, or equivalent in computer science or a related field). • Experience working with globally distributed team members. • Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques. • Knowledge of the Linux operating system (any distribution). • Familiarity with Virtualization platforms and concepts. • Familiarity with Storage concepts (SAN, NAS), and storage APIs (clone snapshot, attach, detach) • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English • The following are considered a plus: • Knowledge of Linux containers, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, or Red Hat OpenShift. • Contributions to open-source projects or publicly available code samples. • Knowledge of cloud services/providers (GCP, OCI, AWS, Azure etc.). • Knowledge of CI/CD and Jenkins.
