Description
• The Design Project Manager is a hybrid role that manages and oversees a team of 20+ designers and a portfolio of 100+ clients. • This role is highly diversified and constantly evolves as the company grows. • You will handle daily workload management, quality control, creative talent management, performance reviews, training and onboarding, and external communication.
Requirements
• Strong experience in graphic design and operations management • Experience leading and managing a team of designers • Strong understanding of design principles and trends, especially in the startup industry • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written • Strong project management skills • Experience using design software (Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (preferred) • Available to work from 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time • Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and design software
