Description
Collaborating with clients to gather user requirements and create design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. Designing and developing UI elements, mockups, and prototypes, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for clients' digital products. Identifying and resolving UX issues, incorporating user feedback, and adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and images.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Portfolio of design projects. Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Whimsical, Wireframe.cc, and InVision). Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Good English communication, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly. Respect the average project turnaround of 48–72 hours per order. Deliver a minimum of 3 orders per week, with the ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills. Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience. Team player with a sense of humor.
Benefits
Compensation includes a flat rate of $50-$200 per UI/UX task. Bi-weekly payouts for completed tasks. Bonuses and incentives.
