•Reporting into the VP of Design and engaging closely with the wider exec team. •Becoming a part of Monzo’s design leadership team, responsible for scaling the team, developing people. •Driving trajectory-altering business impact through shaping a core product experience. •Managing a small team of seasoned, senior product designers.
