📋 Description
• Define and build out Coinbase’s Tax product strategy that serves our users globally and is aligned with the company's goals and mission • Own end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high quality deliverables • Stay abreast of changes in tax regulations and cryptocurrency tax requirements to ensure the company's products remain compliant • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, Tax and Compliance, to define and steer the product roadmap • Champion an exceptional user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interface for our users • Define and analyse metrics to guide monitory product development performance, identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decision • Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, knowledge of financial products is preferred • Demonstrated ability to motivate and align large cross-functional teams towards a common vision • Deep analytical, prioritisation and problem solving skills • Computer Science or Software Engineering background preferred • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment • Experience with cryptocurrencies, tax law, or crypto taxation
