Description

• Develop both frontend and backend applications • Maintain, improve, and extend our products and internal services • Review design prototypes before implementation • Define API contracts between frontend and backend • Identify weaknesses of the frontend code and user experience • Suggest your own ideas to improve the product and process • Review the code of your peers • Collaborate with product owners and sales team to review and test implemented features

Requirements

• Excited about the domain of employee experience, recognition, incentives, e-learning and gamification • Passionate about backend and frontend development and closely related areas like user experience and design • Hands on experience with modern frontend technologies like typescript, react, Next.js, Ruby, Ruby on Rails and GraphQL • Intrinsically motivated to learn and improve as a person, alongside your team
