Description

• Transform conceptual designs into precise, detailed designs for residential and low-rise multi-family buildings • Generate drawings for floor plans, site plans, electrical layouts, and structural details • Research and select appropriate building materials, finishes, and equipment to meet project specifications • Coordinate design and drawings with other disciplines to ensure seamless design integration • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards • Collaborate effectively with architects, project managers, and other team members to meet project deadlines and objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree required. Master of Architecture (MArch) strongly preferred • Prior experience in architectural drafting and 3D modeling (CAD) required • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, and construction methods • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings • Knowledge of residential building codes and regulations preferred • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
