Description

• We are seeking a talented and data-driven HubSpot Specialist with a focus on Marketing Operations to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and leveraging our HubSpot platform to drive marketing performance, enhance campaign effectiveness, and improve operational efficiency. • This role requires a balance of strategic marketing insight, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of HubSpot tools. • In this role, you will benefit from the mentorship of highly skilled experts and you will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once, which involve stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations or digital marketing role, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot. • HubSpot certification(s) (e.g., Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software) are highly preferred. • Experience with marketing automation, CRM management, and data analysis. • Proficiency in setting up HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reports. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions who enjoy a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to work well with a multi-cultural global team. • Willingness to work in a global, multi-time zone company environment. • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Self starter with high level of autonomy.
