• RegASK is an AI-driven solution enabling intelligent regulatory workflow orchestration. • Seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist in a remote capacity. • Responsible for Salesforce system configuration, development, and maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and integrate with other systems. • Ensure data accuracy and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics tools. • Manage system updates and projects using tools like Jira.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and maintenance. • Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, dashboards, reports). • Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external tools (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, gong, SalesNav, outlook, etc.). • Familiarity with data analytics/reporting tools within Salesforce. • Experience using Jira for project management is a plus. • Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Work experience in a multinational organization is highly desirable. • Proven track record of optimizing sales/revenue operations processes through Salesforce solutions.
