Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong focus on direct outreach. • Proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing both in-person and digital outreach initiatives. • Must have recruiting experience with SEO Specialists, Web Developers, and Digital Marketing roles. • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote setting. • Experience with Workable is a huge plus.
