Description

• Partner with CSMs and customers to advise on solution design for key manufacturing use cases • Be the expert authority on Regrello APIs and integration options to applications in the customer’s tech stack (ERP, MRP, PLM etc.) • Enable technical resources at customers to become experts at technical aspects of the Regrello solution • Act as the customer’s key point of contact to program manage technical deployments of customer-hosted Regrello solutions and AI capabilities • Ensure a gold standard experience at our largest most strategic customers • Work with the wider organization to stay on the leading edge of Regrello’s product and technical offerings • Proactively identify implementation improvements, determine root causes and overcome roadblocks • Manage and route customer feedback and issues

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect for a complex business application (ERP, MRP, PLM preferred) • Demonstrated ability to architect integrations for aforementioned applications (SAP or Oracle ERP preferred) • Proficiency in modern integration methods, including REST APIs and scripting experience in Python or Javascript • Experience working with prospects and customers to respond to inquiries around Infosec and technical capabilities • Strong technical program management skills to run multiple work streams concurrently in a dynamic startup environment • Ability to translate deep technical expertise to compelling prospect and customer presentations and communication • A customer-centric approach to solving hard problems • A deep curiosity and passion for learning and leveraging AI technologies
