• Focus on long-term customer relationships by proactively determining solutions to potential client pain points • Identify upselling opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS and gathering other feedback • Deliver and communicate ROI to clients throughout the customer lifecycle • Manage and grow the company’s book of business, responsible for renewals • Conduct QBR meetings and consult clients • Act as a Customer Advocate by learning about clients • Build Trust and Transparency with Clients • Enhance Customer Training • Evaluate and Analyze Customer Needs • Onboard New Clients • Promote Customer Loyalty • Manage customer requests, expectations, and communication • Be the main point of contact between the company and a number of named accounts

Requirements

• Proficient or native English with impressive executive presence and communication abilities • Demonstrates technology proficiency • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a “can-do” attitude • A strong and assertive communicator who can address negative sentiments • 3+ years of previous successful Inside Sales or Customer Success Experience is a MUST • Proven results in the renewal process • Robust understanding of B2B SaaS Business Model and proven prior experience in B2B SaaS • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers • Proven experience managing clients from the United States of America • Previous Sales experience is preferred but not required
