Description

• Hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of SDRs/BDRs • Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets • Setting clear team and individual performance metrics • Continuously assessing and refining processes • Working closely with sales and marketing leadership • Regularly reporting on team performance and key metrics • Ensuring the SDR/BDR team is knowledgeable about products and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions • Understanding of B2B selling • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred • Experience in B2B prospecting tool, Outreach preferred. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
