• Reiz Tech is a trusted end-to-end IT advisor throughout clients’ business lifecycle. • Seeking a motivated Mid Business Analyst to adapt our Client’s internal system. • Analyze requirements for changes in the system. • Prepare system specifications and documentation for changes. • Utilize Agile work methods to manage and deliver project tasks efficiently.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Analyst or Business Analyst. • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in preparing user manuals and conducting training sessions. • Proficiency in both written and verbal Lithuanian language, ability to understand English. • Experience with BPMN and UML. • Basic knowledge and experience with SQL. • Prior experience working within Agile frameworks. • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools. • Experience with UX activities like Wireframing.
