📋 Description
• Reka is at the forefront of AI innovation, specializing in reinforcement learning • Looking for a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team • Responsible for adapting product designs into engaging marketing materials • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create visually appealing assets • Ensure consistency across different platforms • Maintain high visual and design standards across all creative assets
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a tech or B2B environment • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools • Strong experience in designing Google Slides • Understanding of corporate branding and the ability to adapt existing product design elements into marketing materials • Familiarity with web design best practices, UI/UX principles, and tools such as Framer, Squarespace, WordPress is a plus • A keen eye for detail with the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling graphics • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and iterate quickly based on feedback • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
