β€’ This FCRA Support Specialist role researches completed asset verification requests within our web applications. β€’ The team reaches out to financial institutions to double check their work. β€’ The team uses 10 keys on a daily basis to update any incorrect information and uses file explorer, outlook emails and takes occasional phone calls from clients. β€’ Our department focuses on the provision of asset verification for federal, state and county agencies who determine eligibility for publicly funded programs. β€’ This role supports our Agencies and consumers in receiving the correct account information and balance history. β€’ Maintain relationships and provide support to field offices, agencies and financial institutions participating in the asset verification programs. β€’ Contact financial institutions to correct or update previously responded to requests. β€’ Meet productivity and quality requirements entering financial and account balance data provided by financial institutions. β€’ Maintain required records in the completion of data entry tasks. β€’ Conduct quality control reviews. β€’ Meet contracted service level agreements, including response times, etc. β€’ Assist in resolving and reporting any errors related to operations. β€’ Assist in maintaining/updating documentation of procedures and reports. β€’ Additional department responsibilities as required.

Requirements

β€’ College Degree preferred. β€’ High School diploma required. β€’ At least 1 year of data entry experience preferred. β€’ At least 1 year of customer services experience preferred. β€’ Word per minute must be at least 50 wpm. β€’ A words per minute test will be given during the interview. β€’ Microsoft Suite skills. β€’ Experience with Excel and Word required. β€’ Able to work with PCs and web-based applications. β€’ 10 key skills including the ability to pass a standardized proficiency test during the interview. β€’ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to the highest quality of performance. β€’ Exceptional oral and written communication skills. β€’ Able to multi-task. β€’ Extremely organized. β€’ Able to adapt to new environments, adjust to situations or demands, and function effectively with a minimum of confusion or loss of productivity. β€’ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. β€’ Self-motivated, reliable, proficient at working independently as well as in a team. β€’ Must be able to obtain SSA Security Clearance as a condition of employment/continued employment.
