Description

• Align existing designs and corporate identity to a unified strategy for a 360° brand experience • Develop campaigns, illustrations, photographic content, images, posts, and graphics with other departments • Responsible for design guidelines and management of digital design artifacts • Work with state-of-the-art discovery and design methods • Design intuitively for a complex market and digital challenges

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in visual design or a similar role • Portfolio showcasing previous work and attention to visual and interactive details • Ideally, a degree in Design (Media Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design) or a comparable degree • Strong communication skills and empathy with stakeholders from other departments • High degree of personal responsibility and motivation to strengthen design within the company • Highly experienced with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop • Flexibility and experience in various design disciplines including print, digital, 3D, newsletter, social media, merch, and photography/retouch • Embrace feedback and willingness to learn
