Description

• Drive new features delivery end-to-end through implementation, launch, and continuous iteration • Write and maintain a full unit test suite • Help manage deployments and setup CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate in an agile environment to understand business requirements and translate those needs to actionable development code using best practices • Write performant, scalable and testable code with the help of modern tools • Participate in code reviews that uphold the principle of clean code and architecture • Participate in active engineering design sessions with evidence and experience-based contributions • Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results • Participate in interview process to raise the technical bar and to bring new talent

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers • Excellent communication skills with a minimum B2 level english • Comfort operating in a sometimes ambiguous, fast-changing environment with rapid iteration cycles • Track record of managing feature requests with realistic timelines • Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies • Experience working within Agile teams • Comfortable writing supporting documentation • Tech Expertise: Programming Languages: Python, Frameworks: Flask or FastAPI, Django and Celery, APIs: GraphQL, Rest API, Data storage: Postgresql, MySQL, AWS RDS, Working knowledge of AWS stack including Lambda and SQS, Deployment through: Gitlab CI, Github Actions, Circle CI, Travis CI, Jenkins • Additional Technologies: Docker • Desired (but not required): Candidates with additional skills in Programming Languages: Javascript/Typescript, Frameworks: NodeJs, React, Vue, Svelte
