Description

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement • Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint reviews) • Monitor risks, quality and project progress • Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them • Analyze user behaviour, gather necessary data to systematize the feedback into effective solutions • Own product backlog and make sure it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed and stories description is enough for the team to successfully implement features • Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary. Be able to define short and long term goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management/Product Ownership/Product Management • Fluent English (at least B2+) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakers • Fluent Russian (native or C2) is required for active daily communication with native speakers • Experience in both B2B and B2C products; prototyping skills; engineering/QA experience will be a plus • Teamplayer with ability to set up collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders, team of engineers • Skill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to details. Empathy with effective communication skills - both verbal and written; presentation skills • Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM) • Regular tools knowledge: GSuit (Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.), Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, Flutter, etc.
