📋 Description
• Leitung komplexer Projekte mit interner fachlicher Leitungsfunktion und Funktion als Hauptansprechpartner (m/w/d) der Entscheider-Ebene auf Kundenseite. • Leitung von Projektteams mit mehreren Mitarbeitenden. • Projektdesign und Ausgestaltung des Projektumfangs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden und dem Projektteam. • Steuerung und Koordination von Partnern und Dienstleistern im Projektkontext. • Qualitätssicherung und Risikoanalyse: Überwachung und Dokumentation des Fortschritts sowie ggf. rollierende Optimierung der Projektplanung zur Gewährleistung der Projektzielerreichung.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen/ betriebswirtschaftlichen/technischen (Informatik)-Bereich. • Mindestens 2-3 nachweisliche Projekterfahrung im entsprechenden Profil im Supply Chain- oder (E-)Commerce-Software-Umfeld auf Beratungs-/Anbieterseite oder als Anwender auf Kundenseite. • Strukturierte & lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein. • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung und zum proaktiven Lernen. • Die Empathie und das Gespür, Mitarbeitende in allen Phasen eines Projektes zu motivieren sowie eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit. • Lösungsorientiertes, strukturiertes Vorgehen in projektkritischen Situationen gepaart mit weitreichenden Erfahrungen im Qualitäts- und Testmanagement von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten. • Sicherheit im Umgang mit Gesprächspartnern auf Entscheidungsebene und umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der Presales-Aktivitäten.
