Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role • Experience with global employment and compliance is a plus • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
