• Drive the strategic direction and execution of the product roadmap • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback • Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership • Lead strategic initiatives to explore new market opportunities • Champion a customer-centric approach to product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced, agile environment • Strong understanding of software development methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies • Passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement in product development processes
