• Reporting to the Head of People, lead People/HR Operations programs and initiatives • Partner with People Team and stakeholders • Build relationships with employees • Oversee Talent Acquisition and HR operations • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding • Conduct audits of HR processes • Work with IT partner for People Operations • Handle requests from leadership team

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in People Operations and/or Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and People/HR compliance-related roles with HRIS management. • Experience in international People Operations/HR, People/HR Compliance, Global Mobility and/or global companies. • Experience in project and program management from conception to execution. • Experience working in startup environments and remote working experience is a plus.
