• Successful Experience in a Sales Director role in a high-growth startup • Experience Managing Managers • Extensive experience in B2B sales • Ability to understand different market dynamics and segments (SME, Mid Market, LE) • Track record of scaling teams • Excellent communication skills Writes and speaks fluent English • Experience leading teams by influence and collaborating with other organisation (SDR, Growth, Channels…) • Ability to lead and take decision in ambiguity
