• Work experience in a general HR administration, or people operations function, supporting work carried out by broader teams/units. • Some experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a startup or tech environment. • Able to take direction from peers, by following instructions well and picking up process-related work quickly, accurately and effectively. • Strong sense of ownership, comfortable working independently, asks for help when needed. • You’re a productivity geek and constantly thinking of ways to improve processes. • Team player, ready to support colleagues across multiple departments and keen to learn new skills. • Excited by the constant change and growth working in a startup company brings. • Writes and speaks fluent English. • Bonus points if you’re fluent in multiple languages. • Bonus points if you have experience working remotely.
