• This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Group Product manager, leading our Product team in the Contractors vertical. • You'll have a massive impact on our organization and will help create opportunities for millions of people around the world. • As a Group Product Manager at Remote, you'll be developing and guiding our strategy for one of our key product areas as a player-coach. • You'll advance this vision by working with a cross-functional engineering and design group to find our most important problems and shape iterative solutions towards them.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a product manager, ideally at a high-growth company • Leadership and/or mentorship experience: you’ve made significant progress on objectives through guiding the contributions of others • Great judgment making both strategic (what to prioritize) and tactical (feature scope) decisions • Driven demonstrable results by moving a product in the right direction with minimal guidance • A strong, detail-oriented sense of design and UX • A passion for products that just work, even if the problems they solve are boring and complicated • Outstanding written communication and collaboration skills, leading to fast progress and decision making • Comfortable and skilled at gaining traction with a variety of audiences, both internal stakeholders to external customers • Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English • It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
