Requirements

• Extensive Operations Experience: Strong background in operational roles, understanding of people operations. • Contract Knowledge: Proficiency in handling employment contracts and legally binding documents. • Adaptability: Excel in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, ideally within startups. • Team-Oriented Mindset: True collaborator who values team success. • Exceptional Communication Skills: High proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Spanish valued. • Tech-Savvy and Adaptable: Skilled in using various collaboration tools. • Independent and Collaborative: Able to work autonomously in a remote team. • Familiarity with Key Tools: Exposure to communication and project management platforms. • Knowledge and Content Management: Skilled in organising and maintaining content resources.
