• joining 250 engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE and QA • backend built with Elixir and Phoenix, using Postgres • frontend using React and Nextjs, version control with Gitlab • hosting on AWS, deploying multiple times per day • partnering closely with 15 staff engineers as the first Principal Engineer • solving complex challenges to empower global employment

Requirements

• experience as a Principal Engineer or similar seniority role, building and scaling complex software and systems • experience in scaling software systems for growing contributors and teams • track record of mentoring engineers and influencing teams and projects • strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to challenges
