📋 Description
• RemotePass is a leading global platform transforming the way businesses access and manage top talent. • We are looking for a Senior Accountant to accelerate our growth. • Produce error-free accounting reports for multi-entities from different countries. • Reconcile data for financial, tax and compliance reporting. • Support month-end and annual closure. • Track and follow up payment collection & release for both clients and vendors. • Reconcile collections, system data and Accounts Receivable records. • Assist payments process. • Develop and maintain end-to-end financial workflows. • Assist the annual audit process. • Monitor and ensure timely filing of VAT returns. • Assist with tax audits and tax returns if and when needed. • Ensure ADGM regulations are met.
🎯 Requirements
• Being located in Abu Dhabi is a must • Proficiency in English is required, additional languages would be beneficial • Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/CMA) or equivalent is a must • Proficiency in IFRS/IAS and GAAP • Experience in a group of companies with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting • Strong analytical skills with acute attention to details and quality focus • 4+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping/finance/audit, invoicing, payments, reconciliation • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve challenges • Strong team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with key stakeholders • Advanced experience in MS Office • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. • A plus: 1+ years of proven experience in global payroll processing/controlling or EOR/PEO accounting • 1+ years of proven experience in FinTech
