Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists, and other tech positions. • Collaborate closely with client teams to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture. • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and your network. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Provide a high-touch, consultative approach to both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics to track success and provide insights. • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on tech profiles (Software Engineering, Data, IT, etc.). • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer acceptance. • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service. • Strong knowledge of technical roles and the specific skills required for tech talent. • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, as you will be working with clients and candidates in Japan. • Experience in working with RPO projects or managing recruitment for external clients is a plus. • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
