• Amazon Account Management: Fulfil orders, manage inventory, resolve issues, and optimize product listings. • Shopify Store Management: Fulfil orders, restock inventory, manage promotions, and optimize listings. • Basic Graphic Design: Create visuals using Canva for products and marketing content. • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and manage ad campaigns. • Customer Communication: Handle inquiries and provide order updates. • Third-Party Communication: Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries. • Administrative Tasks: Proofread documents, manage spreadsheets, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or a similar role. • Proficient in CRM systems and sales software tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
