Requirements

• Mid-Senior or Senior-level experience in back-end development. • Proven track record of working on web-based projects in agency environments. • Proficiency in .NET and related technologies. • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS). • Ability to optimize performance for high-traffic, scalable applications. • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide junior team members. • A proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving. • Enthusiastic about developing new ideas and contributing to a collaborative culture. • Must be based in South Africa and hold South African citizenship or a valid work permit.
