• Part-Time Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist, 20 Hours per Week. • Fully Remote | South Africa-Based. • Seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist. • Drive high-quality leads and build strong marketing strategies. • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads). • Explore and implement additional lead generation methods (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). • Design, execute, and track email campaigns to nurture and engage leads. • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to grow lead flow and engagement. • Optimize SEO efforts and manage organic social media content. • Manage website updates, blog posts, and Trustpilot reviews to improve brand credibility. • Use HubSpot (CRM) to track lead activity, report on campaign performance, and maintain accurate data.
• Proven experience in lead generation, particularly using Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and workflow automation. • Strong understanding of SEO, organic social media growth, and digital analytics. • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot (or similar platforms). • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. • Must have a laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
