• Set and organize a minimum of 8 meetings per day with potential clients via LinkedIn and Eli automated messaging platforms. • Conduct outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients, managing the entire appointment-setting process. • Leverage sales development skills to identify and qualify potential leads. • Use CRM tools like Apio to track leads and manage client relationships efficiently. • Work closely with the business owner to optimize meeting strategies and ensure a high conversion rate from meetings to partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales development or appointment setting, ideally in a recruitment or B2B environment. • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and Eli automated messaging systems for outreach. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Apio or similar platforms. • Confident and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal. • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
