We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Progressor to manage the entire property sales progression process. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure a seamless journey from offer acceptance through to completion, working closely with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential in facilitating smooth transactions and keeping all stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full sales progression process, from offer acceptance to completion. Act as a primary point of contact, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents. Monitor and provide updates on sale progress, addressing issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and completed within set timelines. Provide regular status reports to the sales team and management. Maintain precise records of all communications and actions taken. Handle any complaints or queries professionally, offering effective resolutions.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the property industry. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property sales process and documentation. Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
